Domestic Orders - $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping on orders of $75 and more.

Canadian Orders - $14.99 - $39.99 based on size and weight. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class without Insurance. If you want insurance, please contact us for additional fees. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.

All other Countries - $25.99 - $49.99 based on size and weight. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class without Insurance. If you want insurance, please contact us for additional fees. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties.

All items on this site are final sale and nonrefundable.

All items on this site are handmade and variations are characteristic of the technique utilized in the making of the piece.  Please remember that colors displayed on monitors or handheld devices may differ and as such we can not be responsible for variations in color of items due to individual color settings.


If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll email you a shipping label for returning the merchandise. Once you receive the label, please return damaged items in the original box and packaging materials. A replacement will be sent, if available, upon receipt. Items damaged due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted. Returns must be sent within seven (7) business days of receipt of order.


All orders are shipped via USPS. We may choose to ship via UPS or FedEx for larger packages, unless other arrangements are specified. If you need your order shipped sooner or have a personal shipping account, please email us for custom shipping methods. All orders are shipped without insurance unless other arrangements are made. Insurance fees will be calculated based on your order and charged accordingly. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.


We use the shipping address provided by you and can not be held responsible for lost or missing orders due to an incorrect shipping address provided. Lost or stolen packages are the buyers responsibility. Once your item has shipped, we will be unable to make address changes.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring due to carrier, misstatement of your shipping address, damages that occur during shipment and your destination’s customs.  While every effort is made to ship your items as quickly as possible, all delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Once we have delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. we are not responsible for fees charged by customs. If your package is returned, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees for re-sending your package.If you decide to refuse any shipments, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.


  • Please talk to other people in your home and neighbors and look around your place to see if it was left somewhere instead of your mailbox. 
  • Reach out to your local Post Office and delivery person as they can assist you.
  • Check the shipping address provided on your order, sometimes it autofills to a different address without you realizing it.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to do anything about stolen packages or orders sent to the incorrect address.

We make every effort to get your orders out as quickly as possible. Below is a basic framework for my processing times, however shipping/processing times end up being faster whenever humanly possible.

Custom and Made to Order Items  - Most work in my online shop is made to order. Due to the handmade nature and time required to properly complete original works, all custom and made to order items require 3 weeks lead time. We make every effort to finish your orders as quickly as possible and your item may be completed sooner. Please note that November and December are the busiest time of year, if you need something faster, please contact us before placing your order.

Ready to Ship - All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM PST will begin processing that day. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include SaturdaySunday or holidays. Domestic Orders - Continental U.S. only, excluding Alaska and U.S. Territories. Please allow 2-7 days for delivery. 

International Orders - When shipping outside the continental United States, please allow 5-14 days for delivery. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
