MARCH UPDATE

SAN FRANCISCO CHIC!

Excited to have contributed to the renovation of the Jay Hotel in San Francisco as part of another Bonvoy hotel project. Witnessing the complete transformation of the hotel has been truly thrilling, and I can't wait to see the grand opening of the new Sage Restaurant later this month.

I was tasked with creating six expansive stained glass panels for this project. These panels are integrated into a wood-paneled wall spanning over 16 feet wide, strategically providing a distinctive separation for a private dining room adjacent to the main restaurant.

Here are some behind the scenes photos of this project… scroll to the bottom to see a sneak peak of the install in progress 🤩

A panel ready for soldering.

Cementing the panels to strengthen it. A messy and time consuming but necessary part of the process!

The dynamic quality of the carefully chosen glass transforms when seen through direct sunlight.

Getting the space ready to install my panels.

An excited first look at the panels partially installed! I couldn't wait to share them. Better photos to follow when the space is completed.
