Sedimentary Forms is an exploratory series of fused glass wall reliefs built through a multi-step kiln-formed process.
Each one-of-a-kind piece begins with finely sifted glass powder, fired into wafer-thin sheets, then intentionally broken into organic fragments. These glass wafers are layered onto a fully fused glass base and fired again, bonding the elements into a single, unified structure. Surfaces shift from textured and stratified to more compressed, resolved states.
This series is distilled from years of travel and close observation and translated into small, framed works that function as quiet portals for the home, designed for both wall display and tabletop placement.
